This is the fifth occasion on which the traditional event known as The FCM National Week has been held. It is a major event which consists of a series of speciality shows for various breeds. It used to be held regularly in the superb setting of the Expo Can Mexico, on the midweek dates which fell over the ten days that Expo Can lasts, but on this occasion a totally independent and quite wonderful event was held at the Campo de la Federación Canófila Mexicana. The latter organisation created the name and judging event known as The National Week, but it is very important to point out that Purina Pro Plan played a key role in the superb showcasing of the 2017 speciality exhibition, an enormous, and very impressive marquee was one of the most comfortable facilities provided for the exhibitors, breeders and aficionados who attended the event.

Purina Pro Plan also offered the hallmark in terms of looking after the members and all of the guests, laying out areas in which the dogs could be groomed, along with relaxation and hospitality areas for everyone. There were catering areas and, overall, there was a very family-friendly setting, with plenty of excitement and enjoyment.

The National Week has become popular with many Mexican and overseas breeders and there can be no doubt that it will continue to get better every year, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of all of the breeders, owners and aficionados, combined with the enormous help provided by Purina Pro Plan for the superb showcasing of this area.

There will be another event in 2018 and it will be much better than the one held this year, so we would like to ask you to get ready to come to the FCM in Mexico, at which you can be sure of the same warm, friendly welcome.
